Call for Papers
（ICPDS 2019）
The 1st IEEE International Conference on Power Data Science (ICPDS 2019) will be held in Taizhou, Jiangsu, China on 12-15 December 2019. The conference is one of the major conferences in interdisciplinary of data science and power systems. IEEE ICPDS 2019 will open up an opportunity for academics and industrial professionals worldwide to exchange their knowledge of the state-of-the-art knowledge of data sciences and techniques on power systems. Recent development of data-driven power systems, electric vehicles and traction systems, and renewable energy systems are encouraged.
The conference will feature oral and poster presentations. Invited speakers will focus attention on future trends in areas of interest to the conference. An exhibition area, with technical facilities, will be considered.
IEEE ICPDS 2019 is planned to publish the proceedings with IEEE , which will be indexed by EI Compendex according to previous experience of IEEE. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to international journals.
The conference invites scientists and engineers in the area of data science and power systems to submit original research and application papers on topics of Data Science on Power systems, including but not limited to the following areas in four tracks:

Submission Information
Papers submitted to the conference should be in English. All submissions must be prepared in the IEEE format Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the given submission guidelines. Papers must not exceed 4 pages, including the bibliography and any appendix. Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be considered.
All accepted papers will appear in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if none of the authors attends the conference to present their paper. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to international journals. These SCI journals will organize a second round review.
Papers will be double-blindly reviewed without the authors' names and affiliations included. Furthermore, self-references that reveal the author's identity, e.g., "We previously showed (Smith, 1991) ...", must be avoided. Instead, use citations such as "Smith (1991) previously showed ...". Papers thatdo not conform to these requirements will be rejected without review.
